Your responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses within the cycling space
- Identify relevant events, communities, ambassadors and activation opportunities in key markets
- Prepare presentations, decision-making materials and briefings
- Maintain event, partner and athlete overviews
- Support reporting and KPI evaluations
Operational Execution of Brand Activations
- Independently execute clearly defined community and event activations in target markets
- Coordinate external service providers and local contacts
- Organize branding materials, samples and event assets
- Create timelines and operational plans
- Conduct post-event recaps and KPI documentation
- Track budgets for individual activations
- Support planning and execution of national and international events
- Assist in managing community formats (e.g., ride-outs) and ambassadors
- Provide operational support for athlete and partner activations
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Brand, Social, Media, Sales)
Partnership & Project Support
- Monitor deliverables within existing partnerships
- Track athlete performance and reporting metrics
- Manage inbound cycling-related sponsorship and partnership inquiries
- Prepare briefings and coordination documents
- Document ongoing activations
- Support POS activations where required
